Transform leftover pulled pork into these delicious Pulled Pork Nachos. With a mix of two different cheeses and various toppings, they are a guaranteed favorite at any gathering!
What makes the blend of crispy tortilla chips, gooey cheese, and an array of toppings so enjoyable? A plate of nachos is stacked with so much deliciousness that they are sure to impress anyone who tries them.
Take these nachos as an example. They come piled high with shredded pulled pork, cheddar cheese, jack cheese, black beans, guacamole, sour cream, onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, and cilantro! As I mentioned, they are truly loaded.
While a single plate of nachos is fantastic, a sheet pan full of nachos is even more exciting! So naturally, this is the recipe I am sharing with you today.

What ingredients do you require:
TORTILLA CHIPS:
For nachos, I believe triangles work best. They offer more space for toppings compared to strips.
CHEDDAR/JACK CHEESE:
Cheese is essential for nachos! I enjoy the combination of cheddar and jack, but feel free to use any type of melty cheese (like cheddar, jack, mozzarella, or colby) that you prefer!
PULLED PORK:
I often prepare this pulled pork recipe on Sundays and then use it in meals throughout the week. Nachos are one of our favorite ways to enjoy the leftovers!
GUACAMOLE:
You can choose your preferred store-bought version or easily whip up some homemade guacamole.
SOUR CREAM:
This is indispensable for nachos, in my opinion.
ONIONS, TOMATOES, JALAPENOS, CILANTRO:
These ingredients would typically be found in pico de gallo or fresh salsa. You can use one of those mixes instead of them as separate items, and it will work just as well.

How do you prepare sheet pan pulled pork nachos?
STEP 1:
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
STEP 2:
Lightly coat a 10 x 15-inch baking sheet with non-stick spray. Spread a layer of chips on the sheet pan, then add shredded cheese, pulled pork, and black beans on top.
TIP:
When making nachos, I prefer to add the items that I want to be warmed first: the meat, cheese, and beans. If you would like your onions or jalapenos cooked as well, feel free to include them at this stage to tone down their flavor.
STEP 3:
Take the nachos out of the oven and add your preferred toppings. I recommend you include guacamole, sour cream, onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, and cilantro. Serve while hot!
I really enjoy these Pulled Pork Nachos because they simplify using leftovers! One of the greatest things about nachos is that you can top them with whatever you choose. Think of the tortilla chips as your blank canvas.
