325 g flour (about 2 and 1/2 cups)
135 ml milk (about 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon)

How to make Parker House rolls
Step 1: Prepare the dough
In a bowl, mix warm milk (ideally at 95°F), yeast, sugar, salt and egg. Mix these ingredients well.
Add the softened butter to the mixture. Make sure the butter is at room temperature, so it mixes easier.
